Design Program Manager

We are seeking a strong Program Manager to work with our AAA game Design team to facilitate design (DPM) and to help facilitate the running of the day to day operations of the Design Studio. In addition, the ideal candidate will have some technical chops in data processing and visualization specifically working in PowerBI as well as Excel Pivot charts and tables, experience with large data sets and making sense of them through clear visuals.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned Release PM or Program Manager or with passion for Design, process, consumer technologies and shipping on time. You will need to thrive in a cutting-edge, rapid-paced Agile environment and be able to lead change to ensure our solutions are delivered on-time with great quality.

You will drive project management and release execution across devices partnering with Design Managers and Design PM, helping them partner with multiple engineering teams across the company. Your strong content and process management background will enable you to engage, contribute, and operate among engineering stakeholders with efficiency and trust as a valuable team member. You can't wait to be at that daily scrum championing this Design team's process and pushing them forward, or to chase down and engineering partner for details of work items and status.

Key Responsibilities include:
• Applying your scrum master certification or have a passion and experience for agile development
• Track work items across the Design team
• Use TFS on a daily basis, write queries and create reports
• Facilitate daily design scrums/stand-ups across teams
• Compile weekly status for the Design team
• Act as change agent to identify and drive improvements and transformation across the design process space (together with our cross-functional partners)
• Work with the Design Managers and partner Engineering teams to drive design tasks/issues through the Endgame process as we ship products
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities from multiple design and partner teams
• Partner with Lead Design Program Manager to create, document, and maintain innovative PowerBI solutions across WDG design studio

Qualifications:
• A minimum of 5-7 years of program management, project management, and/or content publishing experience
• Data analysis experience creating data visualizations from scratch. (PowerBI, Excel Pivot charts and visualizations)
• Some scripting/coding and database experience preferred
• Experience shipping products on all cadences - weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly
• Quickly coming up to speed on existing horizontal release procedures
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to influence and negotiate across organizational boundaries while championing the IEB Design team and Design process
• Outstanding partnering and collaboration skills, system level thinking, enabling and leveraging organizational assets towards desired business outcomes
• Ability to build trust immediately while working independently driving change in a world where you are the only one who does what you do
• BS/MS degree in computer science or an equivalent technical field
• Nice to have: experience in VR
