We’re seeking a passionate, creative, self-starting, get-it-done Design Integrator. You will work side-by-side with strong designers and engineers to help preserve design integrity throughout the product development lifecycle.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-starting UX leader--someone who can help both designers and developers execute innovative, practical, and relevant design solutions for global employees and partners. We need a strategic, yet hands-on design integrator who has the passion and skills to bring the promise of modern and engaging applications and services into compelling reality for some of the pickiest users in the world. The lead Design Integrator is tasked with working closely with developers and designers, translating experiences inspired by business requirements and user needs into modern and accessible presentation layer code. A successful candidate can skillfully navigate a state of high ambiguity and diverse requirements while developing a clear, concise DI road maps, standards, and working code. He/she will also take responsibility for overseeing other DI contractors and vendors, ensuring collaboration and quality.


Primary responsibilities and qualifications:
• Interpreting designs into fully functional interactive experiences, and do the job quickly and efficiently
• Quickly and smoothly learning to use new tools
• Must “get” designers and have a clear understanding of the design process: interaction design, usability, visual design, and motion graphics
• Demonstrate an ability to merge this with established development processes
• Establish new processes and tools within the studio that will evolve the way we design and build products
• UI fit and finish development
• Manage work to meet tight deadlines and ensure consistent quality
• Coordinate with UX and Engineering to ensure interaction and visual designs are implemented according to design specs, accessibility standards, and motion comps
• Communicate clearly and effectively with project teams in all stages of design and development
• Refining complex prototypes
• Oversee contractor and vendor design integrators

Qualifications should include:
• 4-6 years of experience working as part of a design team to deliver high quality UI
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to respond positively to changing requirements
• Strong communication skills; able to handle challenging situations with diplomacy and grace
• Proven ability to manage yourself and others to meet deadlines
• Ability to identify problems or inefficiencies, propose solutions and drive demonstrable improvements

Required technical qualifications:
• JavaScript or JQuery
• HTML / CSS / LESS CSS
• Photoshop / Illustrator / PowerPoint
• Familiarity with .NET authored controls
• Familiarity with MVVM/MVC
• Familiarity with Aria and Accessibility standards preferred
• Supervision experience preferred
