On the automotive side the agency work with a range of industry leaders in the UK, Europe and America, and use specialist software and design integration practices to create the interfaces of the future. You’ll be working closely with these partners, interpreting feedback and understanding the limits of both the hardware and the software to bring the designs and animations to life in the latest performance and consumer vehicles.
You’ll be reporting directly to the board, and will be involved in senior management team meetings as the business grows, helping shape the direction of the company's over the years to come.
Key responsibilities will cover:

Identifying resource gaps and managing the day to day responsibilities of the team.
Account managing key clients where design is accounts for the majority of the work.

style, and jumping in where you can see room improvement.
Hiring future design candidates as the business grows.
Shaping the design process and ensuring best practice is maintained.
