Design & Presentation Manager w/Branding experience

Our Client, a Creative Consultancy are looking for a Hands-on Design Manager and Presentation Designer with Branding experience to come onboard and join their team on a permanent basis.

Managing a small team of 5-6 Integrated and Presentation Designers, this role would be a great opportunity to co-ordinate and manage a team that focuses on pitching various ideas to client's to win business across a global scale.

Typical sectors include: Private & Public, Financial Services, Telecoms, Energy and Water Suppliers.


MUST HAVES:

Have creative vision, energy and experience within a corporate environment.

Have the ability to push creative boundaries

Be comfortable with ongoing change as there is a lot of exciting changes planned to happen within the studio over the year

Be confident working with stakeholders at all levels

Always be looking for solutions to improve workflow

Ensure every request is well prepared when briefing designers and feasible

The Ability to prioritise and traffic requests comings in to maximise overall efficiency

Be a Brand Guardian, able to advice and guide designers and freelancers on best practices


REQUIREMENTS:

Hands-on experience of brand marketing

Management experience whether it's guiding / mentoring / managing a small team

Experience managing and delivering corporate proposal and pitch material


SOFTWARE:

Proficient using both Mac & PC, the Adobe Suite, Powerpoint, Word, Excel
