Demand Generation/Marketing Ops Analyst

We are seeking a talented demand generation/marketing operations analyst to improve both inbound and outbound marketing effort. This individual will help provide reporting and analyses that help drive sales pipeline and determine the correct mix of marketing activities to achieve the highest ROI.


Responsibilities:
• Campaign Analysis and Improvement
o Analyze performance and results
o Identify improvement opportunities and work with teammates to implement improvements
• Conversion Optimization
o Analyze key conversion points in the marketing funnel including landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms.
o Collaborate with teammates to optimize each conversion path.
• SEO Optimization
o Collaborate with content marketing to create high-quality content around important, relevant terms.
o Optimize SEO performance using BrightEdge

Requirements:
• BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
• Past experience with web analytics, A/B testing, and inbound/outbound marketing tactics.
• Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data. Can synthesize data and key takeaways for non-analytical audiences.
• Experience with multiple customer segments that require data segmentation.
• Able to work collaboratively.
• Can manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholders.
• Ideal candidate will be proficient with Marketo, salesforce.com, Google Analytics, BrightEdge and Excel (pivot tables and v-lookup).
