Demand Generation Manager

Our fortune 500 company is seeking a Demand Generation Manager. The person in this role will be responsible for inbound marketing efforts such as SEO, SEM, and email marketing for the entire user base, as well as lead generation, demand generation, marketing automation and KPI reporting. The candidate should have a solid understanding and experience in inbound marketing, demand generation and lead management with the goal to drive new customer acquisition. This candidate should also have experience with B2B marketing, and a successful track record with measurable results creating and executing integrated campaigns.

This is a hands-on role that combines implementation and execution of the defined marketing initiatives that align with the business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work with marketing and creative teams to develop and execute strong, metrics-driven marketing campaigns
• Work to establish and achieve core KPIs for campaigns and compile reports
• Expand portfolio by optimizing existing AND developing new nurture campaigns
• Collaborate with the Marketing Automation Manager to set up appropriate lead scoring for campaigns
• Work with the sales enablement team to ensure follow-through of marketing-qualified leads

Qualifications + Requirements:
• Digital strategy: SEO, SEM, keyword strategies
• 5+ years of: Inbound marketing, demand/lead generation (program creation, execution, and measurement), social media advertising
• Experience with B2B targeting
• Exceptional organizational skills, as well as written/spoken communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines flawlessly in a fast-paced environment, and passion for delivering results
• Marketing automation platform proficiency: Salesforce.com and Pardot
