Our client is a technology company specialising in Internet-related services and products. advertising technologies, search, cloud computing, and software.

They are currently in need of a Data Analyst to join them on an 11 month contract, the role plays a critical factor in executing and running the channel intelligence business from the pre-sales to the go-live/post-live client experience. The role requires experience analysing data feed processes.

In this role you will lead client implementations on a number of currently defined and expanding tasks/activities. In addition to “maintaining business as usual,” the current Sales-to-Implementation process stands to be revitalized with a more robust, efficient, and scalable manner. You will be responsible for working with multiple internal stakeholders, and will be required to work directly externally with the client for follow-ups on collecting requirements. You will work closely with the teams to ensure that the global Implementation process is followed, all necessary communications are made to ensure transparency of the implementation progress, and that the implementation SLA is achieved. You will generate ways to streamline, organize, and create efficiencies in the current implementation flow.

Responsibilities:
* Understand basic technical requirements, such as data feed formats, values, account setup, URL verification, URL tracking, and URL redirects.
* Utilise strong communication skills with adaptive style to manage internal communication with multiple, cross-functional teams and externally to manage client relationships and expectations.
* Provide high-touch service to the client throughout the implementation process by coordinating across all necessary teams. Project manage multiple teams to lead the client launch process.
* Diligently self-manage follow-up on all action items shared across the client and multiple internal groups to ensure all events are assigned owners and completed by the required deadlines. Update and escalate potential schedule conflicts and roadblocks that may affect overall pipeline.
* Independently schedule and lead client phone calls with clear agendas, with the ability to clearly document notes, action items, and agreed-up owners. Ensure resolution of previously raised questions and issues.
* Conduct research and information collection/aggregation of past issues/concerns or inefficiencies/gaps on existing processes. Escalate trends & communicate bottlenecks/areas of efficiencies. Recognize opportunities, propose solutions, and lead initiatives to drive towards a scalable, self-serve model.

Minimum qualifications:
* 4 years experience
* Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically.
* Customer-facing experience with demonstrable examples of dealing with large clients. Experience working with large online retailers is a plus.
* Basic understanding of feed, URLs, tagging, feed requirements and accepted values.
* Excellent written, oral communication, interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively per the appropriate audience and gauge type of language/terms/degree of information that’s relevant and necessary.
* Detail-oriented, self-starter who can effectively coordinate and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines with minimal supervision

Preferred qualifications:
* BA/BS degree.
* Ability to speak and write French or German fluently and idiomatically.
* Experience with working with large data feeds, analytics, and URL redirects.
* Experience managing multiple, simultaneous projects with internal and external parties.
* Adept in managing responsibilities and pushing projects forward despite fluid and undefined processes.
* Ability to identify and escalate trends and bottlenecks, with recommendations for improved efficiencies.
* Good grasp of software tools.
