You have an eye for detail and don’t shy away from responsibility and deadlines. You have experience writing compelling campaigns and executing on direct e-mail marketing strategy, using analysis from your results to further drive or evolve new marketing initiatives around industry events and product releases.
You never say ‘that’ll do’ and always strive to improve yourself and the results you achieve, with an ability to quickly adapt in the face of unexpected results.
Autonomous, you are also a team player and a natural born leader, sharing your knowledge across the team and proactively communicating your findings to key stakeholders at all levels of the company.
As you learn the ropes and our marketing principles, resources, and go to market strategies, you will build e-mail campaigns and monitor our demand generation activities. Once successful you might also lead our Database Marketing strategy from the frontline, driving our lead generation whilst collaborating with Sales and Content.
You will manage all direct e-mail initiatives, including strategy (working collaboratively across Marketing, Channel, Sales and Content teams), execution and analysis. You will need to be patient, organized, and ambitious in order to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns and execution on our content strategy.
This is by no means a sprint; you need to be prepared and methodical to deliver progressive results, one project at a time, until you have established a Lead Generation process that makes a real impact on business growth.
