Database Coordinator (308249)

We are looking for a coordinator with previous experience using an internal database system. This job is onsite at Office Depot headquarters in Boca Raton, FL. This is a 1 year contract that pays approximately $27K salary plus vision, dental, health benefits and 401K. (Contracts have been known to extend indefinitely)

Employee will proof read, coordinate with marketing/merchants and enter data into our database system.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct proofs with Marketing, Product Marketing, Merchandising, legal and other various departments
- Monitor resource usage by creative and copy staff to ensure effective production timelines
- Maintain schedule of projects and facilitate process from initial creative brief/turn in through release
- Excellent proofreading skills
- Ensure all changes provided by client and executives have been implemented
- Enter all new project info into Agility database
- Work with merchants to obtain any outstanding product info
- Coordinate work efforts across creative teams to ensure balanced workload
-Ability to self manage on a daily basis; flexible; ability to work under tight deadlines.

Requirements:
-5 years experience working with Excel and Word
-5 years of experience with database entry
-5 years of experience working with a Creative Department, and Marketing and Merchandising teams
-2 years of experience working with a database
