Database & Analytics Manager

The Vitamin T is looking for a Jr.Database and Analytics Manager, It pays 45k a year and offers 30 paid religious and national holidays. This person is responsible for developing a strong CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database that can better serve the customer and create the rationale for marketing, communications and development opportunities. This is an exciting new position that combines analytical and strong communication skills, and will work closely with IT and Marketing departments. T. There are a host of great things that come with this position for the RIGHT candidate.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop data standards and integrity for client's ticketing software.
• Organize and manage protocols for patron and participant data tracking systems.
• Develop documentation of CRM usage
• Oversee data capture to proactively enable reporting and inform analysis for marketing and fundraising activities.
• Work with staff and box office team to develop strategies and actions to increase sales, including group sales.
• Develop usage of native reporting functionality.
• Facilitate generation of complex lists/leads, and train others to generate their own lists/leads.
• Provide reports and analysis of patron and participation trends.
• Research, identify and test potential new ticketing software

Desired Skills and Experience:
A successful Database and Analytics Manager will possess the following abilities and skills:

• Knowledge of and proficiency with theatrical ticketing software
• A clear history of database functionality and use, including lists generation, extractions and data analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, information technology or related field.
• At least three (3) years working with CRM applications and/or database reporting systems.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics strongly preferred
• A proven track record in training, managing and motivating others to adopt applications or data systems, and in using data analysis to inform business strategy.

Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in community based, performing arts, or cultural institution, and/or not-for-profit organizations is preferred.
