Data Research Executive

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented Market Data Executive to join a large telecoms client, based in Berkshire to support the acquisition and base insight managers tracking surveys as well as developing, commissioning and delivering relevant, clear understanding of consumer behaviour.

Key Responsibilities:
Project management of tracking surveys
Managing monthly stakeholder inputs, questionnaire versions/changes
Requesting and tracking relevant POs, and timely and accurate updates of online reporting tools
Ensure information communicated to relevant stakeholders
Ensure that relationships with market research agencies are maintained
With guidance from Insight managers, plan, design, commission and communicate relevant adhoc market research projects to fit within the core business objectives

Knowledge and experience:
Proven expertise in quantitative research techniques and ideally a working knowledge of qualitative methodologies
A track record in Agency (3-4 years) and Client (2 years) side survey experience
Experience constructing surveys
Experience in agency selection, content, data analysis, data manipulation
Experience managing agencies conducting the surveys.
Experience with Confirmit (Global Market Research and feedback management Software)
Member of Market Research Society
Experience with SPSS is also beneficial
