The Global Operations Process Controls Team is responsible for providing oversight and ensuring policy compliance for a variety of product management processes. This position will lead the pricing governance efforts, coordinate quarterly audits and ensure that pricing information is accurately reflected across all Global Corporate Payments systems & platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage approval workflow for pricing governance process and ensure accuracy of central data repository
• Manage quarterly controls testing, working closely with Operational Risk, Regional Coordinators, Pricing Team, Contracts Team, Marketing, WS and Technologies to test for accuracy
• Train GCP stakeholders to ensure understanding and compliance to the Business Self Testing Process
• Assist in the development of new automation tools to house all pricing information for GCP, to ensure all stakeholder business needs are met.

Qualifications:
• The ideal candidate will have experience in Process Definition/Improvement and the ability to define requirements and translate them into clear processes and procedures with a transformational approach to efficiency and effectiveness.
• Your Project Management experience will include the ability to convert high level policies and programs into clear project deliverables, have experience leading multiple, simultaneous cross-functional projects under tight deadlines and pressure and ensure precision and accuracy in all deliverables.
• A high degree of integrity is required as is being comfortable with reporting on risks and concerns.
• Strong collaboration & relationship skills will be called upon and you will need to demonstrate examples of positively collaborating with and influencing partners in a matrix environment.
• Superb communications skills are a must – the ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal form, to different audiences with varying backgrounds.
• This Team has high energy so you must be a highly motivated self starter with a sense of urgency, positive attitude and the ability to excel in a fast- paced, high pressure and dynamic environment
• A strong aptitude and comfort working with numbers, formulas, spreadsheets
• Bachelors Degree - preferably in Accounting, Business Management, Communications or Economics
• Strong MS Office and SalesForce.com skills
