We have an immediate contract opportunity for a Data Entry and Fulfillment Manager at our Fortune 500 Pharma client in Central NJ! Marketing services and operational professional with experience in the development, execution and management of traditional and eMarketing Data Entry and Fulfillment Campaigns to Consumers and HCPs. Operationalize Data Entry and Fulfillment suppliers to support brand’s direct marketing strategies and tactics. Develop business rules, specifications, customized packing and order processing solutions for suppliers to execute relationship marketing programs. Campaigns include literature and/or sample fulfillment in response to a variety of media sources and channels, including, DRTV, Call Center, Web, Fax, BRC, eBRC and Surveys. Prepare and monitor BRC and Inventory management reports and budgets. Demonstrate strong project management skills and implement multi-faceted, complex direct marketing programs with matrix teams including brand, medical, internal and external vendors and agencies. Knowledge of FDA, PDMA, Privacy and Regulatory requirements with ability to inform and impact compliance decisions. Responsible for educating organization on postal processing, print-on-demand technologies and direct mail “Best Practices”.

Responsibilities:
Operations Management (60%)
• Manage all aspects of data entry, fulfillment and direct mail, including vendor selection, management and fiscal control.
• Demonstrate project management and communication skills to internal teams and external vendors to ensure outcomes consistent with brand goals and objectives.
• Prioritize relative implications of conflicting data entry and fulfillment objectives, perspectives and priorities.
• Reduce costs and cycle time while maintaining quality, utilizing distribution and POD technologies.
• Develop fulfillment logic and data processing specifications, data entry screen layouts and templates.
• Prepare and monitor inventory and budget reports. Manage inventory reorder points and reconcile monthly invoices from multiple vendors.
• Implement and track quality assurance processes and procedures.
• Provide feedback during the creative process to ensure best practices are followed. Ensure that design economies are realized when possible and that surveys are coded and consistent across channels.
• Adhere to all FDA Consumer and HCP Privacy and Direct Mail regulations.

Leadership and Execution Direction (20%)

• Provide direction and execution leadership in the development of effective programs and delivering quality effective solutions
• Focus on enhancing the customer experience by using innovative and strategic approaches.
• Ensure strong planning and project management, using consistent tools and approaches
• Ensure that fulfillment operations are effective and efficient through the ongoing review of supplier scorecards and development and execution of corrective action plans.
• Provide appropriate support, guidance and advice to continuously improve the services delivered by fulfillment suppliers
• Provide support, guidance and training to fulfillment suppliers to ensure alignment with BMS needs
• Conduct mid-year and annual supplier assessments.

Financial Management (20 %)
• Develop and manage brand and medical information team program fulfillment program budgets
• Provide actionable recommendations and insight to the brands and medical information specific to the management of the production of fulfillment tactics
•Ensure brand and medical information plans and budgets are derived from sound assessment of business current and future needs. Ensure they are well thought out and plan effectively Brand and medical information program budgets
•Demonstrate sound management of brand and medical information funds. Program budget over runs should not occur.
Education & Experience Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Combined 5-10+ years experience of successfully managing print production, fulfillment lettershop, and personalization, print on demand and inventory management services in non pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical settings
• Knowledge and experience in development, testing and implementation of fulfillment logic, data processing specifications, data entry layouts and templates
• Expertise in using technology to reduce costs, improve quality, reduce cycle time and improve customer contacts
• Excellent project management and communication skills to direct internal teams, external vendors and to ensure outcomes consistent with brand management goals and objectives
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
