Large entertainment company in Burbank is seeking a temporary/contract Software Implementation Project Specialist/Data Analyst to join a project team tasked with completing deliverables associated with the implementation of new AAP software.

BASIC FUNCTION:
The position is responsible for a broad range of responsibilities to include (but not limited to) supporting the reporting and data requirements of the EEO & Workforce Reporting team, primarily the implementation of a new AAP software tool. Duties include and are not limited to, designing/running recruitment reports from an ATS (applicant tracking system), HRIS, and Microsoft access databases, conducting data validation on data extracts, performing complex data analysis, coordinating data transmission processes, developing process documentation, and recommending for process improvements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelors Degree with 4 years demonstrated experience in data analysis and preparation of database reports, working with complex Access databases and various software systems required. (Will consider 7+years demonstrated experience in data analysis, preparing database reports and access databases in lieu of a Bachelors degree).

* PC proficiency, including 4 years experience conducting complex data functions in MS Access and MS Excel (including vlookups, pivot tables, concatenate, etc.).

* Strong proficiency with Access required.

* Strong proficiency in PowerPoint required.

* Project participation experience required.

* Analytical skills required.

* Systems database testing experience required.

* Strong written and verbal communications skills to interact with internal customers, management and vendors required.

* Organizational and planning skills required.

* Experience analyzing and preparing recommendations process documentation required.

* Must be able to work independently, as well as on a team and complete tasks in a timely manner.

* Must be able to follow high level project instructions and complete deliverables by milestones and deadlines.

* Other duties as determined.

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:

* HR Systems experience highly preferred.

* EEO/AAP planning experience and/or experience working as an HRIS Analyst in an OFCCP regulated environment highly preferred.
