Work with marketers to define campaign objectives, constraints and conditions of success.
As a member of the ExtraCare Analytics Team the analyst will be responsible supporting key internal/external marketing partners throughout the planning, execution, measurement and enhancement phases of the marketing campaign lifecycle.
Responsibilities for the ExtraCare Analyst job include but are not limited to:
Develop targeted audience and segmentation strategy designed to maximize marketing effectiveness/ROI.
Assist marketers develop highly personalized and relevant promotions, offers and communication with our customers.
Meet all campaign milestones and deliverables on time and in accordance with the best practices and quality standards of the team.
Align with all previously defined objectives, constraints and conditions as documented in the planning phase.
Application of predictive models and optimization tools.
Seek opportunities to continuously improve existing processes, systems and software in an effort to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Develop and apply complex test vs. control methodology to measure campaign effectiveness.
Develop and automate production of campaign results.
Understand and summarize key performance metrics.
Present key findings to campaign owners and decision-makers.
Make actionable recommendation to improve future campaign success.
