Position Description:
• Provide data architectural leadership in developing enterprise data/process models, and logical/physical database designs.
• Provide data and database development, maintenance, and production support.
• Participate in IT and Business project to define system requirements.
• Experience Level: 10+ Years.

Skill Set:
• Business analysis.
• Business process modeling - enterprise to department level.
• Ability to interpret Entity Relationship Diagrams.

Responsible for using analytic methods to implement business solutions and to support management decision-making.

Major Responsibilities:
• Under supervision, collects data and conducts quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Contributes to problem solving and process design efforts
• Assists in development of data collection and analytic tools
• Uses multivariate statistical analysis techniques to analyze data and produce preliminary reports
• Performs marketing campaign management activities using database management tools
• Ensure data integrity and consistency is achieved across relevant Sales and Marketing systems

Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree is required. A major or minor in a quantitative discipline such as computer science, engineering, statistics or math OR relevant experience is preferred

Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in database marketing, reporting, market profiling or general analytics
• Understanding of SAS, SPSS or other statistical analysis package
• Proven ability to interpret data and express implications of analysis to clients

Description:

This role is a hybrid of a Data Analyst/Marketing Analyst. - there are some marketing aspects of this role but SQL and SAS are also required

--> Major Responsibilities:
• Under supervision, collects data and conducts quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Contributes to problem solving and process design efforts
• Assists in development of data collection and analytic tools
• Uses multivariate statistical analysis techniques to analyze data and produce preliminary reports
• Performs marketing campaign management activities using database management tools
• Ensure data integrity and consistency is achieved across relevant Sales and Marketing systems

--> Top 3-5 Daily Responsibilities:
1. Under supervision, design and execute complex analytics projects that involve data collection and analysis for a broad array of retention issues across disciplines and functional areas
2. Assist in development and maintenance of data collection and analytic tools, including databases and related systems
3. Serve as Subject Matter Expert for internal (KP) data systems, and assist data collection and validation
4. Uses multivariate statistical analysis techniques to analyze data and produce preliminary reports

--> Top 3-5 Required Skills:
1. 1-3 years experiences in SAS programming in DATA STEPS, PROCS, and MACRO
2. Experience in database queries and manipulation in SQL
3. Subject Matter Expert for internal KP data systems, especially membership and marketing campaign data

--> Desired Skills:
1. Multivariate statistical analysis technique preferred
2. Experience in data analysis with R preferred
3. Knowledge of relational database design and maintenance techniques
4. Proven ability to interpret data and express implications of analysis to clients
5. Prior experience in database marketing, reporting, market research, market profiling or general analytics

Soft Skills:
1. Good verbal and written communication skills, especially in explaining technical concepts
2. Ability to learn quickly and solve problems independently
3. Be able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
