DTP Specialist

My client, an investment management company is looking for a DTP Specialist. This role would suit someone from a financial services company. 

You will work within the Product Marketing Team, which is part of International Marketing. You will be responsible for creating all new standard pieces of product marketing literature as well as updating all existing literature and ensuring consistency of messaging throughout the suite of materials. Literature primarily includes presentations, sales aids and fund range overviews. 


The role covers all product types; Fixed Income, Equity, Multi-Asset, Alternatives, as well as the following clients types; Retail, Wholesale and Institutional. This is an excellent position for someone looking to continue to gain knowledge about a broad product set as well as gaining exposure to all areas of the business. 

Key Duties: 
Presentations: 
a) Standard pitch books – Ensure timely and accurate updates of the standard pitch books for several key subsidiaries, always looking to think of improvements to the deck with the client in mind. 
b) Bespoke presentations - Work with the Channel Marketing Managers/Sales teams on creating bespoke presentations for events, conferences, webcasts and roadshows, tailoring the message appropriately for the given audience and creating new slides where relevant. 


Key Competencies & Skills:
 Strong experience in creating PowerPoint presentations and investment-related marketing materials for an asset management firm. 
 Demonstrate a solid understanding of the asset management industry. 
 Demonstrate a high attention to detail and level of accuracy 
 Work independently within a strong team and take the initiative to make decisions, prioritising workloads to deal with multiple projects at the same time. 
 Desire to drive the content of the literature they own, defining the story and making suggestions on improvements. 
 Ability to create engaging visual diagrams within a style guide framework, keeping the correct look and feel but enhancing the messaging of literature. 
 Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to adhere to strict deadlines and produce high quality work. 
 Maintain and build a strong understanding of regulatory requirements to ensure all marketing collateral adheres to those requirements.
