DMG-Web Producer, Hispanic Marketing

Do you love blending story, strategy, technology and design to craft world-class web content? Are you a passionate about Hispanic television programming and audiences, with a deep understanding of how to connect and communicate with this unique demographic? Then we should talk.

We are seeking a candidate with a background in content strategy and web production to join our expanding Digital Media Group for a short-term project (8-12 weeks). The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in consumer facing marketing campaigns with a focus on new customer acquisition. The Web Producer will be responsible for overseeing the launch of a special stand-alone Mini Site targeted towards Hispanic American prospective customers. The candidate should be a team player with strong communication skills.

Job Responsibilities
• Execute a robust Content Plan from kick off to site launch
• Act as the champion of our audience and steward of our business throughout all phases of content development, design and deployment
• Manage a web-based, cross-platform project from inception to completion working with multiple teams and business stakeholders
• Maintain project schedules, track deliverables and establish priorities among the project tight deadlines
• Work alongside design and editorial team to create all the new stand-alone mini site according to the goals and content strategy established by the business stakeholder
• Create and format web pages using various CMS tools and HTML/CSS
• Provide leadership in defining objectives and strategies for user experience and content

Skills and Qualifications
• Prior experience (3-5 years) as an interactive content strategist/producer
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities
• Deep expertise with enterprise content management and web production
• Experience in responsive design web production
• Extensive experience marketing to and developing content for Spanish audiences
• An ability to craft content strategy / messaging from analysis of internal metrics, competitive assessment and enterprise business requirements
• Project management experience in cross-functional enterprise setting
• Fluent in Spanish
• Experience in pay TV or other relevant telecommunications space a BIG plus
• Strong knowledge of web development technologies
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
• Sense of humor a must (Being geeky also a plus)

Software Skills
• Solid knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Experience with content management systems
• Experience with Dreamweaver and Photoshop
