DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER

Our client is a local retail sportswear company who is looking for a Digital Project Manager. As a Project Manager within Digital, you’ll manage the creative development of premium, consumer-facing assets for our clients digital platforms. A successful candidate is one that is able to simplify the complex, provide calm, confident leadership and must be a creative problem solver.

Role Responsibilities:
 Lead day-to-day project management of digital projects as briefed in through Brand
Digital Category Teams; create and seamlessly update project schedules to ensure
timely delivery; iterate and reassess throughout the design process to keep designers
moving forward and deliverables on track
 Manage project schedules, work flow and manage constantly-changing priorities while
remaining flexible and focused on delivering the best creative solutions
 Be a tactical, organized, positive team player, responsible for driving on-time delivery of
creative assets
 Manage strategic priorities, workload, resource availability and risks for digital design
team and offer productive solutions
 Provide leadership to project teams by driving communication and alignment between
design and operations team members and digital partners
 Actively foster strong cross-functional partnerships with Brand Design, Digital and Brand
teams to form strong relationships in a continuously evolving and fast-paced
environment
 Support Digital Design Creative Operations manager by raising risks and opportunities
 Streamline work flow processes for digital design team
Role Requirements:
 Passionate about Sport, Digital Marketing and Social Media
 Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Operations, Marketing, Design or a related
field
 6+ years directly relevant work experience in an agency or corporate setting
 Strong understanding of digital, commerce and internet concepts, including latest online
community trends, user experience best practices and technology jargon
 Ability to manage multiple projects of various scopes with different and converging
timelines
 Excellent oral and written communication skills that enable collaboration between
internal teams and stakeholders
 Ability to understand challenges or underlying concerns, share ideas, and develop
effective responses or elevate to higher management
 Experience building relationships, interacting with all levels of leadership and
understanding and valuing cultural differences
 Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse, perpetually changing
environment
 Ability to thrive in ambiguous work environments, while maintaining a calm and positive
spirit
