DIGITAL PRODUCER

Managing the production of the agency's interactive projects ensuring that the agency’s unique design aesthetic is

successfully translated to the digital space.

• Defining objectives for interactive projects by analyzing user requirements; envisioning system features and

functionality.

• Making recommendations for the optimum user experience/ interface for clients’ specific interactive needs based

upon best practices and new technologies.

• Collaborating with ECD and art directors to determine digital direction for projects.

• Briefing third-party development partners and negotiating the terms of new development projects based upon

approved scope and budgets.

• Overseeing and managing back-end development projects from the requirements analysis (discovery) phase all

the way to launch and post-launch.

• Performing rigorous testing at key points throughout the development process to include updates to existing

sites, new site builds, microsite and web-based applications.

• Responding to clients’ problems in a timely fashion and troubleshooting as necessary.

• Programing e-blasts for clients, measuring and tracking performance using analytics tools and make

recommendations for improving subsequent email marketing initiatives.

• Establishing timelines and budgets for interactive engagements, ensuring quality and efficiency of project

execution.

• Maintaining agency’s website and mobile site and making updates as necessary.

• Contributing to agency’s new business efforts; providing key digital strategies and insights.

• Maintaining trusted relationships with key clients, including ongoing dialogue regarding evolving interactive

needs.

• Supporting clients by developing documentation and assistance tools.

• Supporting the agency's marketing efforts by maintaining the agency site and contributing to new business efforts.








JOB DESCRIPTION



DIGITAL PRODUCER

Key Requirements:

Candidates must have the following to be eligible for the role:

• A passion for the web and interactive space and a proven track record in website development.

• Knowledge and experience of UX/UI and wireframes.

• Experience building and launching “simple” brand websites.

• 3-5 year’s web/interactive experience at an agency/ in-house marketing department.

• Experience with Wordpress, Shopify, Magento and other popular platforms.

• Proficient knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or other image editing software.

• A good working knowledge of social media platforms (new and emerging), their role and value to brands.

• Strong collaboration and relationship building skills.

• Experience testing across multiple browsers and operating systems (Firefox, safari, Chrome, Explorer IOS, OSX,

Android and Windows)

• An understanding and appreciation for the importance and value of good design.

• Agency experience preferred but not necessary.
