OUR FORTUNE 500 ECOMMERCE/RETAIL CLIENT IS IN NEED OF A DIGITAL PRODUCER!

GENERAL SUMMARY: The Producer of International on the Digital Campaigns and Projects team will help open new brand expressions of the brand globally. The Producer owns the campaign management and tracking of seasonal, in-season, online-only content projects for the eCommerce site and international digital experiences. The Producer executes campaign project management processes to bring digital content to life across channels and markets. The Producer is a campaign owner, guiding cross-functional teams to execute tasks and deliverables on time, and ensuring that scope and schedule expectations are clearly defined. They collaborate with internal marketing, design, and development teams to successfully launch multiple concurrent projects within a cross-functional content production pipeline.

DESCRIPTION:
• Manages scope, resources required and digital deliverables for global digital expressions of the brand and marketing launches
• Continually improves processes and communication methods to manage projects
• Works with business partners to drive process change when needed. Acts as a change agent when required
• Acts as an advocate within the brand for overall quality and accuracy
• Assesses and communicates project or site issues, escalating to Senior Producer and Director when necessary. Identifies alternative solutions when business, site quality or customer experience is at risk
• Educates cross-functional owners within the brand on operational feasibility of projects and potential impacts to customers; provides alternative solutions to help mitigate risk
• Responsible for direct management of Associate and/or Assistant Producers on the team. Manages career planning, training and advancement for direct reports
• Leads and produces large-scale projects

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience in developing and managing detailed project plans for digital projects and marketing campaigns
• Exemplary ability to quickly analyze project requests and to determine feasibility, required activities, and the appropriate resources required
• Strong working knowledge of digital production and release processes, including direct experience with tools and technology
• Highly process-oriented
• Ability to influence and coordinate activities among cross-functional teams
• Excellent oral/written communication, analytical and interpersonal skills to effectively work across all levels of the organization
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience managing people
• 2-5 years of production experience
• 2-5 years of consumer based online experience, preferably retail
