CONTRACT: Monday-Friday || Full-Time || 1-year
PAY: $32-35/hr (Based on Experience)

BRIEF PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The Manager Marketing (MM) is responsible for the creation and implementation of digital marketing assets for the company’s franchise business. The MM will partner with the broader franchise group as well as the Europe online team to build digital campaigns that engage customers and drive key business metrics.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Calendar and execute campaigns that drive engagement, conversion, and sales; ensure alignment with Europe online and franchise partners where appropriate
• Help develop, manage and communicate the monthly digital franchise marketing calendar taking into consideration events, historical performance, customer experience and local market relevance
• Leverage marketing campaigns from EU and US online teams and localize for franchisees
• Work closely with merchandising and inventory teams to support product strategy and markdown cadence
• Work closely with the creative team to deliver digital assets for franchise use
• Develop processes and best practices on how to drive franchise online revenue
• Pull weekly data and analyze learnings, improving the performance of future messages
• Effectively write and kick off creative briefs, and ensure flawless execution of projects
• Ensure strong marketing synergy across multiple channels, regions and vehicles
• Effectively collaborate across several functions including, but not limited to, EU franchise marketing, EU online marketing, creative, and production
• Maintain tools for consolidating key metrics and sharing with management

SKILLS + QUALIFICATIONS:
• Digital marketing experience, preferably with franchise business models
• Understanding of EU markets, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain a plus
• Track record of executing successful online marketing campaigns
• Strong strategic thinking and solid analytical skills
• Ability to analyze data, interpret for a broad audience and develop fact-based recommendations to drive marketing decision-making
• Work autonomously, building and leveraging strong relationships with cross functional partners to meet objectives
• Excellent communications skills: timely follow-up, ability to articulate objectives, strategies and tactics to various cross-functional teams
• Outstanding organizational skills and project management experience: ability to manage/prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Effectively work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Passion for the company brand and the online channel
• Secondary language skills a plus (both writing and speaking skills)
• 4+ years relevant experience in retail/ecommerce
• BA/BS required
• Strong computer skills required, including Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc.
