PAY: $40-$50/hr (based on experience)

A FORTUNE 5OO FASHION/RETAIL COMPANY NEEDS A DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER TO JOIN THE TEAM ASAP!

IN A NUTSHELL:
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for development + execution of offsite/digital marketing activities for our Retail Brand. They will also support both launch and ongoing marketing activities for the new the new private label credit card dedicated to our brand, support Omni-channel initiatives, and support ad hoc projects as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Partner with Digital marketing team to drive traffic and conversion to the website and drive awareness of retail store locations
• Educate Digital Marketing team on strategic priorities and partners to drive best results
• Identify new opportunities to drive brand awareness, new customer acquisition, and drive traffic through digital channels
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to maximize results of SEM/SEO, online media, retargeting, and affiliates
• Evaluate, develop and execute online media campaigns targeting catalog prospects
• Collaborate with technology partners in order to extend the reach of our retail store presence on the web

OMNI-CHANNEL/SITE SUPPORT:
• Represent digital channel in Omni-channel, brand marketing initiatives
• Partner with Retail marketing to strategize and execute Omni-channel initiatives
• Represent online channel in meetings with brand marketing, merchandising, and strategy to ensure online customer and channel is represented

PRIVATE LABEL CREDIT CARD
• Represent digital channel in launch and execution of new private label credit card
• Partner with payments team, strategy team, brand marketing, and eCommerce team to develop a launch strategy and ongoing support strategy
• Report on results of program using Omniture and other tools as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Strategic thinker with passion for the customer and has the ability to think creatively and analytically
• Persuasive communicator that understands how to effectively balance various points of view, influence others, and find common ground that drives meaningful results
• Excellent project management and communication skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize work load
• Experience in developing and executing marketing plans, writing marketing briefs and other strategic marketing documents (seasonal briefs)
• Experience leading online campaign analysis, should be; familiar with web marketing reporting tools/software
• Ability to analyze data and extract relevant and actionable insights. Omniture experience a plus
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 4-6 years of related marketing experience, online marketing experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
