DIGITAL + SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR ASAP!

DESCRIPTION:
As a Fashion Digital & Social Media Coordinator, you will support the digital & social media team. You will be responsible for monitoring activity and conversations on all eCommerce and social media channels, creating and curating content, as well as assisting on social photo-shoots.

*** SCHEDULE: Part Time || 3-Days a Week || Mondays Are Mandatory ***

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Assist executing social media strategies in social channels
• Create and draft the weekly editorial calendar, ensuring content delivers consumer engagement, fits brand filters, aligns with cross-department needs (brand marketing, ecommerce marketing, PR, corporate communications, agencies) and supports business goals
• Produce photographs, videos, GIFs and social copy for weekly ever green content as well as special needs as they arise
• Manage our blogger assets, coordinate publishing and technical maintenance of the program
• Curate and source user generated content across social channels
• Lead daily cleanups (e.g. no spam!) on social channels to ensure our fans and followers always feel welcomed to engage with brands and their community
• Lead monitoring social conversations about all of our brands, ensuring we never misses out on a moment to connect with consumers, culture, etc
• Interface daily with our Customer Service team to answer consumer questions as fast as possible
• Participate in regular meetings with regional, cross-departmental and agency partners to ensure we’re all working from the same strategy and sharing learning’s
• Help with analyzing weekly/monthly/quarterly social data to optimize social strategy and execution, and delivers insights to the Mgr. and Sr. Mgr. of Digital & Social Media

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing or a related field
• 1+ year(s) of community management for major brand(s) at an agency or at a brand, or impressive social media internship experience with data that shows you grew and engaged communities
• Knows and stays on top of best practices across a variety of social channels (Facebook, Twitter, Integra, Interest, Tumbler, Vine, YouTube, Foursquare, etc.)
• Understands that social media doesn’t completely end on weekends and holidays and is comfortable making sure you schedule accommodates the demands of the highly connected world we live in
• Strong knowledge and passion for fashion (adult and kids/baby), music, and travel
• Lives and breaths social media outside of work too
