3D Visualizer

As a 3D Visualizer for the product photography studio, you will collaborate with the studio team to provide creative solutions for high-quality digital photography that directly support product presentation. We are looking for an individual with a strong portfolio and a passion for visual design across different channels. Your work will contribute to projects for interactive screens, devices, fixtures, and spaces.

Responsibilities:
-Quickly create and visualize products, demonstrating fluency with standard industry demands in pre-shoot/pre-viz modelling, post-shoot retouching, and photo-realistic rendering as an alternative to photography.
-Deliver quality and consistent 3D visualization across a range of product photography. Perform assigned projects within the time and budget given, according to industry, company, and brief standards, review feedback, and own creativity and instincts.
-Drive tasks through to completion by collaborating with the Product ID teams and Photography Producer through ideation, development, and execution.
-Provide clear communications regarding project status, issues, and priorities. Identify personal needs with regards to process and tools, to help the studio work at optimal efficiency.
-Ability to embrace an fast-paced iterative process, collaborating with other imaging personnel to establish consistency across specific brand looks and standards.
-Utilizing in-house programs and information needed to sort, name, and load images accordingly.

Requirements:
-5+ years of 3D visualization experience in a product photography, animation, games, TV, or film studio.
-A strong portfolio that demonstrates an elevated sense for design and detail, and analytical ability to interpret concept and/or brand guidelines.
-Fluency with 3D visualization tools, namely Autodesk Maya, ZBrush, KeyShot, VRay, and PBR pipeline.
-Fluency with pre-media and/or Creative Services and solutions, namely, Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe Bridge, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe After Effects. Working knowledge of Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and Color Management/ColorSync.
-Understanding of material types and how they work within a product presentation context; sense of highlighting visual details that make each product unique, keeping the user in mind.
-Familiarity with existing Google products and product categories.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Proficient understanding of effective Print, Photo Studio, and/or Digital production, processes, roles, tools (digital and conventional) and workflow practices and trends.
-Self-motivated, flexible individual with strong communication and leadership skills.
-Proven ability to proactively establish rapport, credibility and influence, and drive results throughout a highly matrixed organization.
-Able to balance working in a creatively driven organization with an analytical and disciplined approach to marketing.
-A love of efficiency, desire to produce a high quality deliverable, and an ability to execute against multiple projects ​in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and technical work ​environment in often uncertain and ambiguous circumstances.
