3D Generalist/Digital Artist

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities: 
Model, texture, and light real-time assets based on reference/existing assets using a variety of software and techniques. 
Maintain a high level of quality while working within design constraints and balancing real time performance.. 
Work with the Art Lead and platform team members to create core content of VR experiences. 

Overall Responsibilities: 
Work with leads to investigate emerging technologies and improved workflows. 
Effectively communicate and collaborate with your team, art directors, and production leads. 

Required Skills: 
Bachelor’s degree in 3D Animation, Game Design, or related discipline and/or professional equivalent 5 years of experience 
Portfolio/Reel of work demonstrating proficiency in modeling, texturing, shading/materials, lighting/rendering/compositing. 
5+ years of production experience 
Advanced understanding of Maya, Photoshop, ZBrush, Substance Painter/Designer 
Understanding of PBR workflow and Substance tool suite 
1-3 years working Unity or similar real-time game engines 
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite 
Experience with creating props, environments, lighting, and material look development for real time platforms. 
Advanced understanding of current game art pipelines and methodologies 
Self-motivated, flexible individual with strong communication and organizational skills. 

Nice to have Skills/Not Required: 
Knowledge of real-time rendering technology and implementation..
