The Experiences Team is looking for an experienced 3D artist to work on a number of programs in the group. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with 3DS Max or Maya with the ability to fully understand the art pipeline - from concept modeling to final exported assets. The candidate should be comfortable with cutting-edge technologies, as well as beta hardware and software.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The day-to-day tasks of this leadership position vary, but basic responsibilities include:
• Ability to take creative direction and turn it into 3D art within the defined visual style for a variety of experiences, and consistently deliver high quality visuals
• Optimize art to run efficiently within the engine while maintaining high quality standards
• Independently ideate, innovate, and iterate and think outside the box
• Work with team to define and meet key milestones as well as create task lists and work estimates
• Be a positive and creative force in the team
• Responsible for working with and seeking feedback from peers and leads

QUALIFICATIONS:
• A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Visual Design or related degree
• 3+ years working full time as 3D Artist
• Comfortable with a broad range of styles from photorealistic to highly stylized
• Proficient with various professional software packages for creating 3D Art: 3DS Max, Maya, ZBrush, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Passion for art, innovation, technology, and creating amazing user experiences that our consumers love.
• High capacity to learn new tools and processes
• Agile, flexible, and comfortable dealing with the ambiguity of V1 and incubation work
• Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills
• Must be a true collaborator and partner who is able to work well with developers, designers, and artists
• Must be self-motivated; able to both partner effectively with others while also making smart, strategic decisions and working independently
• Task driven, proactive, and works well under deadline pressure
• Experience working with Shotgun and/or Perforce as part of your production pipeline is a plus
• All candidates must deliver a full resume with samples to be considered for this position; portfolio review required
