Customer Success Manager

We are excited to hire the Customer Success Manager contract role for our Client.

 

This role, which is part of the Platform Partnerships team, will focus on providing clients and partners with internal business collaboration tools to help them more effectively build and scale their own organizations and businesses.

This role requires an experienced customer success professional, a track record in the enterprise software space. This position is full time hours and based in London. This is a hands-on, high execution role, that requires excellent business skills to launch our Client’s product with Fortune 500 companies, become a true partner to their largest clients and bring their feedback and priorities back to the team to improve our product. 

Responsibilities 

Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer project team, support the product launch process and customer adoption and engagement 
Help Workplace customers achieve engagement with their Workplace Implementations via project management and consulting. 
Improve processes and come up with new ways to deliver engagement results in a scaled way for customers. 
Manage customer relationships and build credibility and excitment from propects and existing clients alike. 
Deliver awe-inspiring product demos, provide insightful technical answers and structure creative solutions 
Facilitate the development of Client’s community, develop and share best practices 
Deep product expertise, visionary and creative, to work closely with our product team on the product vision and roadmap 
Drive adoption of the product by partnering with our Customer Success team and partner engineering team 
Adapt quickly to product changes and limitations, and communicate these strategically to stakeholders 

Skills: 
Experience in B2B customer support, sales, professional services or account management 
Experience deploying SaaS platforms across enterprise organizations and driving long-term engagement 
Passionate about Workplace with familiarity with the enterprise space. Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing product and respond strategically to customer needs 
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels of management, both inside and outside our Client’s organisation 
Demonstrates project management abilities to work with customers during the on-boarding processes. 
Positions oneself as a trusted & strategic partner dealing with C-levels and strong presentation skills. 
Experience meeting multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with little supervision 
Outstanding written and oral communication skills 
Fluent English and fluency in multiple languages a plus
