Customer Strategic Sales/Marketing Manager

Overall responsibilities include the planning, organization, development and implementation of product and programs for Growth Accounts, managing channel exclusive development. Develop and drive exclusives product development designed to achieve objectives for short and long term strategies. Elements of these programs include communication strategies for our clients priority brands, Retail and Consumer Promotions Development, In-Store Events, POP and displays.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Work in unison with Hasbro sales team, management, brand teams and merchandising in the development of exclusive items to ensure we maximize objectives.
  • Act as Liaison to global. USM and exclusives teams in the communication and coordination of the development process.
  • Support marketing programs and product initiatives that help differentiate and meet channel objectives.
  • Influence product development through line review input to be sure direction meets Growth Account strategic needs and expectations.
  • Provide direction for exclusives product strategies to ensure aligned with customer strategies and to maintain sku count efficiencies.

    • Trade Merchandising

  • Identify optimal means to merchandise and communicate all key brand initiatives in store @ Toys R Us. Work with Trade Merchandising and Toys R Us visuals team in the approvals and execution process.
  • Set objectives and strategies for the Trade Marketing group on an ongoing basis.
  • Understand and communicate to internal Hasbro Management and brand teams the coming seasons’ timelines and priorities. Create Hasbro opportunities based on information where appropriate.
  • Be the Expert on exclusive development, by channel, by customer.

  • Assist in the coordination of all key Growth Account Meetings, including development of presentations.

  • Analyze sales performance and ROI on major marketing campaigns.
