Aquent's Fortune 500 retail client is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work a 6 month contract onsite in Richfield, MN.
This role is on the Vertical Operations Team which provides solutions for B2B eCommerce customers.
The organization's largest transactional and revenue eCommerce accounts are supported on the Vertical Operations Team consisting of about 30 accounts that are primarily holiday driven so about 50% of the revenue and transactions for the year are done in November and December.

- Helping manage email boxes to meet customer Service Level Agreement (SLA) times.
- Inquires include return submission, order placement, inventory concerns & general questions.
- Helping with system integrators including manually going into the integrators for Invoicing, Shipping Confirmations and Tracking Confirmations.
- 1-2 years of data entry or customer service experience
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Ability to work with teams, adaptability and verbal communication skills.
- Fortune 500 experience in a data entry or customer service experience
- Previous retail corporate experience
- Advanced Excel knowledge
