Customer Service Rep

We are seeking a Customer Service Rep for one of our clients in the energy industry. This is an onsite long term temporary role. 

Requirements: 

Excellent customer service skills; 2 or more years experience in a Customer Service environment 

Must be organized 

Must be able to multi-task 

Must be able to utilize Outlook, MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Smart Sheet) 

Able to analyze accounts 

Respond to customer inquiries 

Utilize Customer Relationship Management system (SAP) 

Description: 

Manages incoming claims that are against company (via email, right fax and US Mail) 

· Send out letters and Claim affidavit to customer per customer requests 

· Monitors Claims email box and forward to appropriate department for handling 

· Logs incoming work for electric Claims Reps into C360 and routes to appropriate claim rep or responsible department (AMI, Tree Trim, Gas, Legal, Corporate Insurance) 

· Notes accounts for any activity completed 

Handles MPSC Complaints 

· Facilitates closure of complaints received 

· Determine if Electric Damage Claims are responsible for complaint 

· Work with claim rep to prevent any delays on completion 

Handles Customer Cares Complaints 

· Determine if Electric Claims are responsible for defect 

· Work with customer to get needed information 

· Note accounts as needed

· Determine if Electric Claims are responsible for defect

· Note accounts as needed 

Upload and prepares all data sent by customers for claim reps 

Scan documents (pictures, receipts etc) and prep for developing cases 

Other requests as needed
