Customer Service Coordinator-
Human Resources main face to the customer for Site Services. The Customer Service Coordinator interacts with customers in person, via telephone and via e-mail in order to define job requirements and respond to any and all customer inquiries. The Customer Service Coordinator clearly communicates these requirements to associates in order to produce quality products and services efficiently and cost effectively. The Customer Service Coordinator is also responsible for issuing badges from the security access system as well as maintaining data integrity within the system.
Responsibilities broken down:
50% - Answering the customer service center telephones and handle all customer requests. Process requests and route calls regarding information to the appropriate person.
30% - Maintain security access control database and coordinate security processes for associate at Broadway leased space.
5% - Works with customers on defining requests with required information into the management system/associate database to handle daily customer and associate inquiries
5% - Coordinate the workflow tasks on a day to day basis. Monitor and report customer services issues to management and landlord.
5% - Maintain the parking badge accesses for the Broadway associates and work with the landlord to ensure accuracy.
5% - Log visitors and contact associates at the Broadway leased space for directions.
High school diploma or equivalent
Must have a minimum of one year experience working in a customer service-related position
Must have excellent customer service skills (good writing skills, good phone etiquette, able to multi-task, set priorities and be detail oriented). Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
