Customer Relations Management Coordinator

Our client, a global leader in the video games and entertainment software industry, is currently seeking a temporary CRM Coordinator. This position will report to the CRM Manager and work closely with the CRM team. This position will assist in the configuration and implementation of multiple CRM campaigns and help monitor their Loyalty strategy for all games operating in the NCSA territory.

Responsibilities:

* Work with the CRM, marketing and online teams to maintain content and asset management for multi-channel CRM campaigns.
* Assist in maintaining the CRM campaign calendar with launch dates, campaign codes and promotional offers. Keep the production team aware of future production needs and the other groups coordinated.
* Monitor relationships with outside agencies to develop and produce CRM content pieces.
* Maintain quality assurance for legal compliance, ESRB ratings and content viability.
* Work closely with the CRM team to develop, implement, and maintain CRM marketing and loyalty strategies.
* Create and send CRM campaign and Database reports to various stakeholders, as well as handle all ad-hoc reporting needs.

Qualifications:

* College degree in Business or online technology sciences, or comparable work experience
* Strong understanding of technology and standard business software like Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
* Must be highly organized and proactive at following up on topics and asset coordination
* Interest in online technologies or marketing (or both!)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Passion for gaming or online technologies
* Understanding of HTML and website building a strong plus.
* Knowledge and understanding of e-mail marketing and bulk e-mail best practices a plus.
