The Customer Marketing Manager will be responsible for flawlessly executing an effective customer marketing & communication strategy. The right candidate must be creative, have a strong attention to detail, a self-driven problem-solver who takes the initiative in driving projects forward and has the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. This role is best suited for a detail-oriented, matrix driven high achiever with proven ability execute marketing programs on a strategic and tactical level as well as have a strong grasp on business objectives of customers.

The Customer Marketing Manager will be responsible in driving marketing activity as well as managing our customer Ambassador program. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Customer Marketing, the Customer Marketing Manager will have the opportunity to test-drive novel ideas, develop new programs as well as execute to completion.
- Build and implement effective customer communications strategy, including emails, events and customer programs
- Work with customer reference, referral and loyalty team. Identify top reference accounts and cultivate champions, work with PR and Content team to create strong customer case studies, quotes, references, stories
- Become expert in existing customer data & stories to help create effective marketing assets that can be leveraged by marketing organization
- Work with Sr. Manager of Customer Marketing to approach and onboard customers to the Ambassador program
- Work closely with Industry Marketing team to identify customer targets for Ambassador program and marketing campaigns
- Strategize, implement and compile a database/calendar of Ambassador customers and campaigns
- Track and report on the performance and impact of all customer marketing programs
