Vitamin T is looking for a Customer Marketing Associate who has B2B experience for a 3-month contract. This person will work onsite (with some flexibility) for 30 hours/week on an ongoing basis.

The ideal candidate will be a jack-of-all-trades in regards to marketing and can learn quickly on the fly.

We’re looking for someone with the skills, smarts, and action-oriented attitude to help us drive a variety of customer communication and advocacy initiatives. Success in this role will be in ensuring the customer experience—from onboarding to ongoing nurture—exceeds customer expectations at every step of the journey. Having a metrics-driven mindset will also be critical, as this role will be involved in analyzing the customer experience in a number of facets, including voice of customer programs like surveys, community engagement, and response to marketing campaigns to name a few.

• Develop personal relationships with our customer advocates via social media, forums, in person events, to drive engagement and advocacy
• Support upsell and cross-sell campaign efforts through email copywriting, measurement and reporting
• Work closely with customer marketing manager(s) on content strategy and development for all customer events — including user groups, summits, and advisory board meetings
• Manage the Customer Marketing team editorial and communications calendar, ensuring that all comms drop dates are recorded and tracked and easily communicated to broader marketing and sales teams
• Support advocacy programs through internal and external-facing content
• Assist in development of partner marketing communications in partnership with Sales Enablement team
• Assist with content development for operational email notifications
• Work closely with marketing managers to produce supporting content for all customer webinars
• Help set metrics for and analyze performance of all marketing or non–marketing programs for customers

• 2+ years experience in B2B marketing roles, preferably in B2B on-demand/SaaS companies leading customer programs, metrics and technology efforts
• Proven experience developing complex marketing programs from the ground up with flawless execution
• Strong CTA and email writing skills — you can communicate clearly and concisely across many different media and channels
• Technically savvy — you have no problem using CRM (Salesforce), Wordpress, and other martech tools (experience with RO Innovation Reference View a plus)
• Must have strong people and engagement skills to develop trusting personal relationships, interact regularly with key customers, and present to an executive level audience
• Highly-motivated self-starter who thrives in fast-paced marketing environments, is dependable, high-energy, with good organization and time management skills

• Ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams at all levels and to align with overall business objectives
• Experience working closely with an enterprise sales organization, including directly supporting reps and partnering with the sales enablement team on content development and team training
• Strong written and verbal skills to create and drive content strategy plans for various customer events, such as user groups, advisory board meetings, etc.
• Knowledge of (and heavily participating in driving) what it takes to put on a wildly successful annual customer conference event
• Technically savvy—you have no problem using CRM (Salesforce) and other martech tools (experience with RO Innovation a plus)
• You get social—not just being on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram—but the promise this sort of technology has to transform the way that companies connect, communicate and collaborate with every audience.
