Our client is a GIANT in the semiconductor and technology industry and they've asked for our help identifying candidates for a CUSTOMER INTELLIGENCE ANALYST position.

Position- Customer Intelligence Analyst
Location- Dallas, TX
Salary- $70-80k
Important- Local candidates who can work onsite M-F during normal business hours

In this role within the Customer Intelligence and Analytics organization, the Customer Intelligence Analyst will drive data analysis with the goal of delivering insights leading to data-driven decision making throughout the company.
In this role you will take the data that's been collected and work with IT to deliver analytics, reporting and dashboards to internal clients across the company. You will work with product teams, field sales teams and digital marketing who run campaigns and outbound communications.

Job Responsibilities include:

• Interface with key business, sales, and digital marketing leaders to identify, evaluate and prioritize areas where analytic initiatives and strategy can drive valuable business insights
• Develop and deliver interactive dashboards and analytical reports through the use of business intelligence and analytics tools
• Engage and partner with IT and other cross-function teams to develop and scale findings from statistical methods and algorithms
• Establish strong communication and relationships with internal clients through the delivery of compelling findings and recommendations
• Champion the importance of data-driven decision making throughout the company

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (management information systems, computer science, statistics, engineering or related field)
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a business analytics, business intelligence, or comparable data engineering role
• Demonstrated skill in with working with relational databases (Oracle)
• Strong technical skills in querying against (SQL) and transforming data in traditional data warehouse environments
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Business Objects, Spotfire, Tableau, and Google Analytics
• Very strong data analysis and data interpretation skills
• Excellent communication and relationship skills with the ability to simplify and explain complex topics to diverse audiences
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy – proven ability to produce quality results.
• Superior organization and time management skills with ability to troubleshoot issues and deliver above and beyond the initial request
