Customer Immersion Coordinator

My client is a Global Tech Giant, looking for a self starter to join their online advertising solutions team at their London offices. This is a contract position paying up to £57 000/annum PAYE pro rata for the right candidate. 

Customer Communication:
- Manage the communication between a diverse set of businesses to include them in customer immersion sessions 
- Scheduling and calendar management: Scheduling customer conversations. Maintain view into all upcoming customer immersions across our US and London based teams 

- Identify efficiencies and improved workflows for recruiting unmanaged small and medium Businesses 
- Proactively identify and develop efficiencies: Establish new process where needed to allow CI PMMs to operate with maximum efficiency 

Cross-functional collaboration:
- Working across our stakeholders (Sales, Research, Research Ops, Regional PMM, PMM, PM) to leverage logistical solutions that already exist and enable improved workflows. 

Global Coordination:
- Opportunity to scale out programs and process for US and London teams 

- Room management for locations globally 

- Manage team budget, purchase orders and immersion expenses 

Vendor Management:
- Working across regions to manage vendor partnerships for in region immersions 
- Collaborate with CI PMM on cross-functional projects relating to improving and enhancing the customer experience 

- 2+ years experience as a coordinator or similar role 
- Proven strong communication experience (e.g. education training, developing scaled content, or similar)** 
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing work time efficiently 
- Ability to identify and create new and more efficient operating models 
- Self-directed, detail-oriented, problem solver with a desire to contribute 
- High-energy, driven, articulate, and friendly personality with a can-do attitude 
- Learn quickly in a fast paced, ever changing environment 
- Ability to create and sustain productive relationships with external and internal partners 
- Strong team player that loves to bring new ideas to the table 
- Proven project experience developing and deploying more efficient processes 
- Experience working with advertisers/customers or in support of advertiser recruitment 
- Experience at a fast-paced high-tech company preferred 
- Experience analyzing data to drive projects forward 
- Tool development to create more efficient systems
