We are looking for a talented individual with proven capabilities in Consumer/Customer Experience to join our client’s diverse and dedicated team! The main responsibilities will include planning, managing and providing clear direction to drive direct customer experience improvements and the overall vision related to specific channels, propositions, events and programs. Assist on development of a customer-led strategy for consumer experiences and event initiatives. Must have a clear understanding of customer segments, derived through customer based research, and analyze existing and/or produced customer insights and research, The ultimate goal is to create compelling customer experience visions & develop continuous improvements.

Responsibilities Include:
• Manage and deliver key projects which form part of the overall strategic customer vision for the appropriate global business and/or Channel
• Assist in the development and communication of strategic marketing plans to ensure correct implementation
• Oversee activities for consumer programs & ensure event-marketing initiatives align with brand & consumer segment strategies
• Event detail coordination and support
• Analysis of data and consumer insights for strategic direction
• Lead and facilitate key cross-functional meetings with internal and external partners
• Develop communication pieces & materials as needed
• Seek and introduce best practices of development standards, concerning effectiveness, efficiency, security, and other key customer experience factors as part of ongoing project delivery
