 seeking smart, dedicated professionals for a contract position on our Product Operations team. You will work on a product support team focused on routing issues and interacting with our community to answer product questions and assist in troubleshooting product issues to deliver a superior product experience. 

Skills: 
• Detail oriented with a high quality output 

• Proficient in desktop applications and able to quickly learn proprietary software 

• Strong writing skills, including complete command of English grammar and mechanics 

• Able to effectively multi-task and remain cool under pressure 

• Investigative mindset eager to solve problems 

• Self-starter with proven organizational and problem-solving skills 

• Dedicated to ensuring community members receive a superior product experience 

• Demonstrate leadership through proactively providing operational feedback to deliver efficiency gains 

• Comfortable working in fast-paced environment; able to adapt to change quickly 

• Effectively share knowledge and learnings with team 

• Previous unconventional customer service experience a plus 


Possible Schedules: 

1. 3 shifts available, but they should be flexible - 6am-2pm CST, 12pm-8pm CST, 6pm-2am (6pm shift is work from home). 

Any weekend work is work from home. 

Education: 
• Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of work experience
