Qualifications:
Candidates need to have basic Microsoft Office Desktop Computer experience. Along with a desire to learn, attention to detail and helpful nature. Bonus experience would be some familiarity with automobiles, or other mechanical equipment repair and maintenance. . All other competencies or experience being equal, we would have a bias to choose a candidate with such experience.

Responsibilities:
1) Natural Gas Vehicle Customer Inspection Contact • Serve as the first point of contact for customers who call to voice questions or concerns regarding new requirements for vehicle tank inspection by the end of 2014. • Educate customers on the requirements for inspections. • Receive completed inspection forms provided by customers and inspectors, and enter data to the customer database. • Examine customer supplied inspection reports and data for anomalies, and raise issues of concern with CNG Engineering. 2) Natural Gas Vehicle Trainer • Educate customers on currently available and future options for personal and fleet natural gas vehicles. • Train customers on acct. mgmt., including card scan reader. • Check customers' NG vehicles on legal and code compliance. • Train customers on proper fueling technique. • Train new natural gas vehicle customers on safe and effective fueling per Cal OSHA statures. • Go through the training document line by line, making sure the customer fully understands each. • Train large fleet customers. • Set up new customers with billing. • Report findings and needed repairs (e.g. compliance violations, signage issues, etc.)
