Responsible for overseeing the day to day administrative needs of cruise promotions and supporting the Cruise Business Team on various activities linked to cruise promotions
Skills /Competencies/Experience: • Must have solid understanding of cruise line group policies and procedures • Must possess working knowledge of Cruise Desk, SABRE and cruise line booking tools • Self-starter with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment • Must be proficient with Excel and Microsoft Word • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills are necessary • Work on one-off projects for cruise business team as needed.
• Set up and manage all promotional cruise group programs. • Manage promotions in CruiseDesk. • Work in conjunction with GCO and Call Center to identify potential loss of revenue trends. • Set up and manage promotional groups with cruise lines to maximize TC Revenue. • Create training documents for cruise agents for various cruise promotion programs. • Liaise with Affinity Group agents to combine both promo and affinity bookings to optimize TC credits. • Serve as liaison between Cruise Business Team and GCO to identify process improvements and training opportunities. • Fulfill OBC purchase for all Sales • Assist and research T2 inquiries on escalated issues. • Assist in monthly reconciliation of Corporate Credit Card • Manage daily FIT to include bookings and send reports to cruise line contact. • Maintain excellent rapport with cruise line representatives
