Creative/Marketing Project Manager

Excellent long-term (2 year) contract job opportunity for an experience Creative/Marketing Project Manager. This role will be part of a 50+ member creative team focused on internal communications, sales training/collateral and meetings/event marketing. Must be able to manage a high volume of projects (25-60 at one time); be extremely adept at putting together timelines and managing projects against a budget. The right candidate will be collaborative, confident and possess excellent written/verbal communication skills--and have a solid understanding of marketing/communications deliverables such as signage, video, print, e-communciations, presentations, among others. Core Job Responsibilities
• Define and track project timelines from project initiation through delivery of the final product/service.
• Align production resources to complete projects, including working with Account Manager to determine appropriate assignment of work to internal/external resources and working with the creative team to schedule internal staff and secure external suppliers.
• Provide clients with seamless customer service and a consistently high level of quality.
• Ensure projects are progressing according to established plans and budgets.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues and scope changes.
• Provide innovative solutions to project hurdles. Consult with Account Managers project teams and clients, as appropriate, regarding any variations to project budgets and schedules to determine the best course of action.
• Continually build knowledge of marketing communications tools, including graphic design, multimedia, video, meetings/events, photography and business/creative writing.
• Comply with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with print deliverables, and meeting and event planning preferred.
