Integrated team (Art director and copywriter) who have a strong DM background required for the world’s leading multichannel agency network. They are a new kind of agency; one which powers profitable customer experiences that change how people think, act and feel about brands. You’ll be working closely with planners and account handlers, as well as the wider creative team and you’ll spend most of your time coming up with big ideas. We work across every channel, so you’ll need to be as comfortable creating a new social campaign or website as you are coming up with a print campaign or a DM pack. You must have digital experience and an interest in emerging trends that stretches beyond your day job.

Key Responsibilities:
You’ll both have principal responsibility for the quality and presentation of creative work
You will both present work coherently and persuasively; expressing ideas in a form that clients can buy
You should both demonstrate knowledge of type and design and have the ability to flex these skills against a variety of brands and tasks.
You understand direct marketing technique and then be able to manipulate it as necessary.
You’ll understand brands and how to implement them in a direct marketing environment.
You'll be expected to work collaboratively in a team environment with your creative partner, other
members of the department and in cross-disciplinary teams. Building positive working relationships is a key aspect to this role.
You should make sure you keep bang up-to-date with industry trends and news so your ideas are the freshest.

You will be looking to work at a midweight level and be commercially experienced both as individuals and have a team heritage that is backed up with a robust ideas led portfolio.
