Creative and Marketing Project Manager

Our client is seeking a creative and marketing project manager or Account Executive with a flexible, can-do attitude who can grow with the position and team. Someone who is proactive, resourceful, organized, detailed, and self-motivated. Has proven ability to be part of a team, is accountable for their work, and is comfortable multi-tasking.

-Support Marketing Program Leads with the implementation and execution of strategic marketing program plans as defined by each Program Lead.
-Provide timely updates, prepare presentations, collaborate and actively engage cross-functional stakeholders, and track team assignments and deliverables.
-Project manage the development of marketing collateral from inception to completion.
-Develop project work plans including schedule, logistics, cost estimates, and creative brief.
-Collaborate with creative services and cross-functional teams on materials production.
-Ensure projects proceed according to plan and deadlines, drawing the attention of the Program Lead to potential problems before they occur, and providing recommended solutions where appropriate.

Daily responsibilities:
-Develops and maintains project plans, managing timelines & resources, scheduling meetings, and proactively gathering the necessary information to implement each plan.
-Writes and follows through on creative briefs
-Executes and manages collateral materials with cross-functional teams
-Collects, reviews, and/or writes content for customer communications

Required skills:
-Demonstrated ability to manage and track projects successfully
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to identify and solve problems
-Superb organizational and multi-tasking skills
-Excellent skills in MS office, with an emphasis on Excel & PowerPoint

Preferred experience:
-3-5 years of experience in project management
-Experience executing marketing campaigns Thoroughness, organization, time-management and efficiency
-Resourceful, creative and continually driven to improve
-Collaborative working style
-A passion for healthcare industry and services
-Agency or client-side background project managing marketing campaigns

Educational requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, healthcare administration or related field.
