Aquent's client, a large tech company headquartered in Mountain View, CA, is seeking a Creative Traffic Ops Manager for a 12–month assignment at their New York City location.

Creative Ops Management is a pivotal role. All project requests are routed directly to the Ops Manager and the position is responsible for overview of all team work and resources. The Operations Manager (OM) prioritizes, schedules, monitors & staffs day to day projects handled by the department, including all new and existing requests for resources from Sales and from within the department.. The Operations Manager must be able to utilize project management skills & tools to manage the day-to-day details and tracking of projects, identify resource requirements, meet training needs, define project deliverables, provide customer satisfaction, and insure quality of projects.

The Creative Traffic Manager supports the team managers in creating and refining team processes and procedure, workflow and communication with team members and Sales. The Ops Manager also collaborates with the senior team manager to set strategy, organization, communication and vetting of all 3rd party vendor solutions for use by the team and Sales. He or she would be responsible for working with all teams to balance resources and help monitor and track overall project progress.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with Account, Creative and Program Management teams to prioritize and schedule projects; allocate and balance resources; and monitor processes and project deliverables; Interface with key sales leads to manage expectation around the teams engagement and deliverables.
2. Prioritize project requests according to risk and efficiency outcomes; complete projects (including all hypotheses/analysis/documentation controls) in a consistent manner.
3. Create & distribute various reports to illustrate pipeline and coverage - Be the day-to-day partner with your team Director and manage workflow for the assigned book of business.

Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree (no specific field required) preferred with a strong academic record.
- At least 6 years of experience, preferably within operations and strategy at major advertising agencies
- 5+ years of experience managing/resourcing teams, people, deliverables and ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly-evolving team environment.
- Superior analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and organizational skills

Nice to have's:
- Excellent leadership, project management, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Proven ability to distill and present key insights from large data volumes
