Creative Traffic Manager

We're working with a client in Education industry to find a Traffic Manager to join their team! In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating deadlines and
 assets between creative team and web team. The Creative Traffic Manager facilitates discussion between 
creative personnel and web and clients, and integrates with teams by 
joining client calls and general brainstorming sessions. The Creative Traffic
 Manager will also use the JIRA production tracking system to organize
 creative client accounts and assets. Communication and writing skills should be
 at a professional level since the Creative Traffic Manager will attend client 
meetings, and may write client-facing materials like creative briefs, change-order 
requests and other client communications.

Start Date: As soon as the right candidate is found
Duration: Through August 31 with potential to extend
Location: Onsite at client's office in Phoenix
Hours: 40 per week
Rate: $22 -$24/hr DOE

Responsibilities:
• 
Control the presentation and flow of outgoing design concepts and 
incoming revisions on select client projects and other client communications
• Keep project logs that track the evolution of a creative project
 from initial design phase to completion including cost, and creative hours 
spent
• Attend account management meetings and provide regular creative 
updates to the teams
• 
Assist art directors in purchasing stock art and other pay-for-use
 content used in client designs
• Work with designers, proofer, and production designers to proof
 revised creative before submission back to client
• Coordinate with design teams in gathering the necessary image
 assets and content necessary to complete projects
• Assist with creative and strategic presentation development and
 content proofing

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 3 years of account management experience in an
 interactive agency setting
• Solid organization/multi-tasking skills designed to keep pace in a 
fast production setting
• Working knowledge of the JIRA project management system is a plus
• Solid communication skills with the ability to work congenially 
with other departments within the company
• Professional-level mindset with good verbal/written presentation
abilities
