Creative Traffic Manager

To meet current business needs and fuel our growth, we’re seeking an experienced Creative Marketing Traffic Manager to guide and manage the production of tactical creative projects from the initiating project plans, through development, project completion and delivery to internal clients.

Reporting to the Senior Director Creative Marketing, this role collaborates with designers, editors, project directors and internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
The person in this position must have an excellent work ethic, with a sincere commitment to completing projects on time and on budget.

Responsibilities
• Ability to write and submit creative briefs to log in all projects within project management tool.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects at one time in fast paced environment.
• Manage the execution of assigned projects through delivery.
• Manage production/project schedule.
• Adhere to workflow processes and deadlines.
• Ability to quickly resolve timeline and deadline issues.
• Schedule and lead internal account team and client meetings.
• Effectively communicate status of projects to account team and clients.
• Understand and have intimate knowledge of creative department roles and capabilities
• Knowledge of printing process, design, layout and brand principles, quoting and timing.
• Obtain estimates from outside print and materials vendors
• Active role in the Online store to establish ongoing maintenance plan, report associated costs and store metrics.

Education: Four year degree in marketing or communications or other business related field from an accredited college or university

Experience:
Required: 3 or more years’ experience as project coordinator/manager or traffic/coordinator
Production experience – knowledge of printing process, quoting and timing

Technical/Professional Skills/Competencies:
Organizational skills: Thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and can transition easily between multiple projects, managing them (and your time) from start to finish
Positive attitude: Team player and problem solver. Collaboration, flexibility and a cheerful disposition
Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communications skills
Experience using Workfront or similar project management tool
