Vitamin T's client is building a world-class in-house agency to rival the very best agencies in the country. This means facing new challenges and often being asked to work outside your comfort zone.   • Take initiative in creative problem-solving and seek a thorough understanding of deliverable objectives 
  • Lead groups to concept and create campaigns that will communicate to a variety of audiences in multiple communication channels (print, digital, video and broadcast) 
  • Work with our Creative team, freelance talent and/or agency partners to ensure high-quality creative executions 
  • Clearly communicate at a high level across all levels of the organization, which also includes setting a creative vision and getting buy in from multiple stakeholders 
  • Actively collaborate with leaders, Creative team members and business partners to bring creative campaigns and initiatives to life 
  • Be a thought leader on the Creative team; mentor team members in order to raise the bar on overall creative thinking and execution 
  • Share insights, knowledge and unique perspective of business challenges to become a trusted and highly sought creative solutions adviser 
  • Confidently facilitate ideation sessions and clearly represent creative work in meetings and reviews 
  • Demonstrate a professional approach to giving and receiving feedback 
  • Champion big ideas and innovation 
  • Contribute to brand strategy discussions to guide evolution 
  • Develop expertise and knowledge in assigned business areas 


  • A great eye for design, layout, look and feel with an understanding of the power of visual Communication 
  • Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong time management skills 
  • Ability to work (in an organized fashion) to meet deadlines on multiple projects with varying timelines 
  • A positive team player with an optimistic, enthusiastic attitude 
  • Comfortable working in a demanding, fast-paced environment 
  • Comfortable with ambiguity 
  • Self-motivated; takes initiative and shows continuous growth and knowledge 
  • Eight years of design experience in the industry or as an art director 
  • Bachelor’s degree in fine or graphic arts 
  • Intensely curious with the ability to question conventional wisdom 
  • Experience working on a Mac platform in Adobe Creative Cloud 

What’ll Make You Special 

  • Experience supporting an employer brand and/or B2B marketing communications 
  • Experience creating environmental graphics, exhibits or displays
