Aquent's client, a large tech company headquartered in Mountain View, CA, is seeking a Brand & Marketing Strategy, Program Manager for a 12–month assignment.

The Brand and Marketing Strategy, Program Manager coordinates the work and hardware Marketers, Designers, Researchers, and Product Managers. In this role, you’ll combine expert project management skills with a passion for marketing & brand to help your team successfully develop and execute on the global hardware brand. You’ll work cross-functionally and collaborate with managers, designers and key stakeholders to plan projects, define milestones, assign resources, assess risks, and help projects meet deadlines. You will manage the cross-functional product roadmap, ensuring team alignment on key dates and deliverables.

As a Program Manager and Information Designer, you will also manage all project-related communications to team members, executives and other stakeholders. You are a master planner and a flexible project manager who can balance multiple projects.

Responsibilities also include:
- Managing creative space, including tours and scheduling
- Managing Creative Review execution, planning, and scheduling
- Coordinating project plan, timeline, and relevant teams for brand execution
- Developing brand & creative briefs
- Coordinating launch execution plan, scheduling, and brief
- Partner with internal teams & manage agency requirements, contracts, and execution
- Identify team needs with regards to process, tools, documentation, asset management, etc., and implement or drive required changes.
- Develop presentation materials and synthesize information beautifully using basic graphic design programs

Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree (no specific field required)
- 4+ years of experience with Brand and Marketing Strategy
- Exceptional people management skills - team focus in a high paced environment with a proven ability to proactively establish rapport, credibility and influence, and drive results throughout a highly matrixed organization.
- Self-motivated, flexible individual with strong communication and leadership skills.
- Able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven, and techy work environment in often uncertain and ambiguous circumstances.

- Must be able to balance working in a creatively driven organization, with an analytical and disciplined approach to marketing.
- Must be resourceful, adaptable, creative, and results oriented with high energy and a positive attitude.
