Creative Services Production Manager

We have a unique opportunity for an experienced individual who thrives managing the creative process and a growing production department while delivering the best customer service to our internal clients.

This role is responsible for managing the process for creative development of online and printed collateral, establishing the communication and production process.

In this role you will:
Work closely with the internal clients, Creative Director and Web/Print Design Manager to ensure overall creative vision and standards are consistent with the goals.
Responsible for ensuring execution of all phases of design project needed for completion (developing comps, art direction of photo shoots, securing illustrations, presschecks, etc.).
Provide creative direction of projects to design team so that client objectives are successfully met.
Manage photography and asset production staff (internal and external) to produce, shoot, edit.
Remain current with the latest digital trends and technology to keep our client's online presence competitive in the online world.
Posses the technical skills to direct and collaborate with the in-house team and our real estate agents
Guiding the graphic artists, photographers, video editors & web developers of the production issues and specifications
Support internal clients, including our real estate agents, marketing, and senior management.
Manage the organization of final hi-res production files
Manage all production aspects of all jobs that are handed-off from art directors/designers into production
Maintain and improve our client's file management process and procedures
Check all layout specs including dies, bleed, trim, marks, high-res imagery, color model, job slugs and file management
Work with print producers to ensure files are posted properly and on time

Team Leadership
Uphold the creative mission and standards as specified in the style guide(s)
Help run Quality Control checklist and post-production issues when necessary.
Responsible for assisting in training and development of designers and production artists within team.
Assist the non-design departments in coordinating the requests (gathering information and requirements, collecting the assets, planning and scheduling, vendor contact)

Project Management
Ensure projects are completed within budget and on time.
Ensure that all work maintains the high quality standards
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients (internal and external) and vendors to ensure the level of service quality always exceeds expectations.
Responsible for file maintenance, archiving, updating and distribution of the brand assets to the vendors and the internal clients.

Experience, Competencies, and Education:
5-8+ years of digital production experience
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Strong background working with enterprise-class Web content management systems.
Deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and user-experience design
Strong project management skills and keen understanding of website development process
Understanding of creative development and design process
Familiarity/experience with photo production
Familiarity/experience with email marketing
Proactive, independent, tenacious strong work ethic
Solid time management, planning and organization skills
